Situational Leadership^® – The Core, our flagship introduction to Situational Leadership^®. This dynamic one day workshop is a powerful blend of content and skill building. Participants learn the three skills of a Situational Leader:

• Identifying goals, tasks, or activities that resonant and have meaning for both the leader and team member.
• Develop diagnostic skills to determine how skilled and committed people are to those varied task.
• Design and deliver the right combinations of leader influence behavior to really leverage performance.

Situational Leadership^® – Intensive

This program is where art meets science.

Every leader faces the challenge of attracting, nurturing, and keeping talent. Intensive takes leaders through a process to document developmental opportunities they presently have and respond to them with purpose. When we encourage people to take two steps forward, occasionally one step back will happen. Intensive builds skill to address slippage with promptness and courage. Participants will:

• Create the goals, tasks, and activities that engage, inspire, and deliver performance.
• Develop an organized library of cues to guide them in diagnosing Performance Readiness^® and a deeper understanding of the contributing work conditions.

Situational Leadership^® – In Action

Action being the operative word!

Sometimes matching your style to performance is just not enough. Many leaders function in a more dynamic work environment. Situational Leadership^® – In Action develops the skill to move performance at an accelerated pace and provides the skills necessary to halt slipping performance and get things back on track. Leaders are measured and receive skill building feedback on style use and Performance Readiness® matching, then are coached to accuracy. Your leaders will gain the three skills of the Core:

The Situational Leadership^® – Preview ensures participants receive a quality introduction of the Situational Leadership^® Model. Designed to create a connection between a team member’s performance and the leader’s choice of leadership style, the Situational Leadership^® – Preview is a great addition to an introductory survey program on leadership.
