The Influence Inventory provides leaders a compelling picture of where they stand in their attempts to influence performance. Combining two instruments, the LEAD (Self or Other) which measures leadership style preference, and the Power Perception Profile (Self or Other) which measures a leader’s available power bases; the inventory answers the question – what right do I have to lead?
