The Application Performance System (APSystem) is a follow-up product for graduates of Situational Leadership^® training programs. The APSystem links the concepts and activities of the workshop to on the job challenges. This new system provides a design for taking the "next step" on the path to success. Participants will learn to positively develop skills and willingness, or reverse faltering performance of their followers. This system uses a performance-based process that participants engage in with their followers. Tasks and priorities are clarified, readiness is jointly determined, and performance contracts are set. All this is accomplished on the job.
