Performance Readiness™ is an easy-to-use tool for graduates of the Core to share Situational Leadership ® with their team members. Through a series of case studies in a simple workbook and leader guide, a supervisor guides their intact workgroup on the details of the Situational Leadership ® Model. The leader builds his/her skills, and the workgroup holds the leader accountable for using them.
