This challenging and fun board game gives leaders a chance to practice their Situational skills in a competitive team exercise. Teams draw a Situation Card and an Action Card. They are then awarded points for selecting the leader action that most closely matches the performance needs of the situation. Along with the competition, the debrief generates a rich dialogue of real-world situations.
