Situational Leadership® – The Core and Twelve O’clock High
This is a three-day program adding the film case study Twelve O’clock High to participant’s experience of applying the Situational Leadership® Model. Participants are tasked with tracking readiness changes on key individual characters as well as a group. They also have to track leadership behavior changes and make performance assessments. It is an interesting case study and often leaves participants drained from the challenge but energized at seeing how Situational Leadership® can be used in so many settings. A war time film yet all militaristic references fade away and transfer over to the corporate environment.
Situational Leadership® – The Core, Twelve O’clock High and Trainer Certification
This is a five-day program that exposes participants to many applications of the Situational Leadership® Model and certifies them to train our packaged program within their organization. The workshop concludes with a brief teach back presentation which is required to become certified
