Situational Leadership® – Power to Influence
Your leaders will sometimes ask themselves “what right do I have to lead?” This Power to Influence course explores the answer to this question and provides a rich, data-driven picture of each participant’s “influence potential.” This program has been described as “30 years of leadership trial and error delivered on a silver platter.” Both senior executives, project managers and informal leaders experience the power of this four to eight-hour program.
