Learn and experience Situational Leadership® in an interactive leadership workshop in which you use LEAD Feedback to determine how others perceive your influence behaviors.
- Learn how to help others become successful and engaged.
- Discover how to stop leading based on your needs and start leading based on the needs of others.
- Build a road map that leads to effectively influencing others.
Day 3
Power to Influence
Power to Influence is a highly interactive leadership training workshop designed to help participants build and apply the power base(s) that will best support their attempts to influence up, down and across their organization. If participants have taken a Situational Leadership® course, Power to Influence will add a critical skill to their previously acquired skills of correctly assessing Performance Readiness® and applying the appropriate leadership Style.
- Identify indicators of Position Power and Personal Power in your organization.
- Increase your individual Power Bases.
- Recognize when your Power Bases are being decreased (by yourself or by others).
- Support your attempts to influence others by using Power Bases appropriately.
- Process and apply the results of the Power to Influence Assessment (Self and 360°).
Train the Trainer Leadership Trainer Certification
5-Day Course
Our 5 day Train the Trainer program is intended for internal leadership trainers within your organization. If your organization is considering certifying an internal trainer to become certified to train Situational Leadership®, please review the following trainer criteria:
- Knowledge of common adult learning principles
- Strong collaboration skills
- Flexible and able to quickly and effectively change priorities and direction
- Experience in a management, mentoring or coaching role is a plus
- Experience in Organizational Development or Learning and Development fields is a plus
