Much like our models of influence, training Situational is about finding the appropriate content and delivery system to meet the performance needs of the individuals and organizations we are working with. Options include:

Public Workshops: We offer public workshops for leaders and managers at our Center in Escondido (San Diego), CA and in Raleigh, NC. For sessions and dates click here.

On-site Workshops: We can bring our programs to you to facilitate with intact workgroups, leadership teams, or collections of participants from various departments across the organization. On-site facilitation allows our trainers to integrate core values, key organizational challenges and company-specific cases to the class.

Executive Sessions: Often times, internal trainers struggle to capture the time and focus of the E-Team. We have a select group of Executive Facilitators who live in the boardroom and are able to deliver content and feedback in a way that builds support and commitment to the tools that drive organizational development and change.
